It’s ironic how easy it is to make anything a meme nowadays. No one, and I mean no one, can get away from online brutality. They lurk around for whatever material they can get. A famous example would be the ‘It’s Joever,’ which corners the most important man in the United States, namely ‘Joe Biden.’
Respectfully, Biden has been the center of every news outlet ever since he won, but most of the time, it is not always good. However, in today’s blog, we will learn why this sensation took the internet by storm and why it is still so relevant worldwide. So stay tuned till the end because the fun isn’t Joever yet (Pun Intended).

The Biden meme culture started growing in 2023, reaching its peak with the well-known Joe+over picture. The President is depicted in the meme, standing at a platform, reading something serious, and projecting an odd sense of melancholy offset by the ridiculous pun written above him.
How “It’s Joever” Started and Went Viral
An unknown 4chan member uploaded a picture of Joe Biden with the words “IT’S JOEVER” in all caps to the /pol/ image board just before the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election.
The meme appears to ridicule the lefties in the conversation. Furthermore, Getty Images captured the Biden photo featured in the joke in 2019. Adding another reason why we love this media company ever so much.
If you’re unaware of the meme originating from the “It’s Over” Donald Trump meme, The picture has a similar idea, although it doesn’t involve puns. Rather than Trump, meme makers substituted many depressing images of Joe Biden standing through the rain.
The picture didn’t gain widespread use until September 2022 when it began to gain traction on Twitter. For instance, on September 18th, @shamarke_a, a Twitter user, posted the image to respond to a news tweet announcing Joe Biden’s declaration of the end of the COVID-19 pandemic. This particular response garnered more than 10 retweets and 330 likes.

As previously said, “It’s Joever” is now a typical Twitter reply, usually reacting to a user who shouldn’t have written a foolish tweet.
What Are Some Of The Best Biden Memes Of All Time?
Wherever Biden appears, humor follows suit, and this sentiment isn’t exclusive to my viewpoint. Joe Biden unwittingly becomes a prime subject for memes, captivating widespread appeal regardless of personal sentiments toward him.
Some of my favorite Biden memes include:
- The Knuckle Sandwich Meme

- Idgaf What They Call Him

- The Kenyan Passport Meme

- If You Hurt Him, I Will End You!

- Fake Number At the Club

The internet is brutal, and these memes are a testament to this theory. Regardless of what anyone says, we can’t wait for what this man does that creates memes for us all to enjoy. Hope this clears out the Joever fiasco and makes things easier to understand. Furthermore, if you have a favorite Biden meme, let us know in the comments below.
